New features or tools added to the Site or Platform will also be subject to these Terms, which may be updated periodically. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Site or Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our mission is to provide a sustainable solution by focusing on hormonal balance rather than relying on restrictive calorie counting or exhaustive exercise routines. Our approach is designed to help individuals achieve lasting weight loss, maintain their target weight, and improve overall well-being. By addressing the root causes of weight gain, Unifit empowers users to build a healthier, more balanced lifestyle for the long term.

Social Features and WhatsApp Group Participation

As part of the Unifit program, you may choose to join a dedicated WhatsApp group designed to enhance your experience and provide additional support. This group may include other participants in the program, as well as one or more Unifit Coaches. The primary purpose of the group is to foster meaningful discussions, create a sense of community, and assist with questions or issues related to the program.

Community Guidelines for Participation:

By joining the WhatsApp group, you agree to the following guidelines and terms:

Respectful Communication: Participants must engage in a respectful and constructive manner. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or any other form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Compliance with Laws: All interactions within the group must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to laws prohibiting hate speech, defamation, and the sharing of illegal content.

Confidentiality and Privacy: Participants must respect the privacy of others in the group. Sharing screenshots, messages, or personal information without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

Appropriate Content: The group is intended for discussions related to the Unifit program. Sharing unrelated promotional content, spam, or any inappropriate material is not allowed.

Moderation: Unifit Coaches and moderators reserve the right to monitor group activities to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Participants who violate these rules may be removed from the group without prior notice.

Disclaimer Regarding Coaches:

Unifit Coaches participating in the WhatsApp group are there to provide general guidance and support. Please note:

Non-Medical Role: Unifit Coaches are not licensed medical professionals. Any information provided by them should not be interpreted as medical advice.

No Physician-Patient Relationship: Interactions with Unifit Coaches are not intended to create a physician-patient relationship or any legal duty of care. Coaches cannot provide advice regarding the diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions.

Changes in Coaching: Unifit reserves the right to engage or replace Coaches at its discretion without prior notice.

Enforcement of Guidelines:

Unifit is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the WhatsApp group or further action as deemed necessary.

By joining the WhatsApp group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these guidelines. Let’s work together to create a positive and enriching community for all participants.

Private Chat with Your Personal Coach

As part of the Unifit program, participants can access a private chat with their coach for personalized advice, emotional support, crisis assistance and program-related inquiries.

Rules for Using the Private Chat:

Respectful Communication: Messages must be polite and professional; abusive or offensive messages will not be addressed.

Relevant Content: Keep inquiries related to the program and its objectives.

Operating Hours: Messages will be addressed during specified hours. Responses may be delayed outside these times.

Response Time: Unifit strives to respond promptly but delays may occur due to high volume or technical issues.

Privacy: Participant information is handled confidentially; avoid sharing sensitive details about others.

Compliance: Unifit may suspend chat access for participants who violate these guidelines.

General Terms:

Participants using the private chat understand that the responses provided by the coach are for guidance and support purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Unifit bears no responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the guidance provided in the chat.

We kindly ask all participants to adhere to the guidelines and exhibit patience in cases of delayed responses. Together, we can ensure a high-quality and efficient service experience for all users.

Terms for Using Generative AI

The Service must not be used to create machine learning models or related technologies. Content provided by the Service may be inaccurate or not align with Unifit's views. Exercise caution when using or relying on such content. The Service does not replace professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other fields and is intended solely for informational use. Always consult a qualified expert for professional guidance.

To access the Service, you must register for an account and have a valid subscription.

Personal Use. The Platform and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems or data.

Use automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without prior authorization.

Use Of Services

We reserve the right to limit sales of our Services or Products to any individual or region, at our discretion. Product descriptions and prices can change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Offers on this site are void where prohibited. We cannot guarantee that the quality of products, services, or information will meet your expectations, or that service errors will be fixed.

Account Registration and Security

Registration To register and access the full range of services and features on the Platform, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unifit is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Your Responsibilities

What You Do: You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. If we suspect the information you provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. Simply put, do not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else.

Your License: The Service is protected by copyright laws worldwide. Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community Guidelines), and provided you have an active account and subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the features and functionality of the Service included in your subscription (including any add-ons you purchase) during your subscription term.

The results of using the Unifit program may vary based on individual factors. Users are strongly advised to consult a healthcare provider before starting any diet or fitness program. Use of the program is at your own risk.

No Medical Advice

Unifit provides its Site, Platform, Services, and Content for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical care, advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health services. The information available through our Services is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use of Information

Unifit does not assess the need for medical attention, nor does the use of our Site, Platform, or Services establish a doctor-patient relationship. The plans and recommendations offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide guidance for health or dietary conditions.

Before starting the program, it is recommended to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are taking medications, or are undergoing a therapeutic program.

Your use of Unifit’s content is at your own risk. Participation in the program and physical activities is voluntary and done at your discretion, with full acceptance of the associated risks. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the program or reliance on the provided content.

User-Generated Content

User-generated content, such as messages, recommendations, advice, or information shared in Unifit WhatsApp groups, is not reviewed or verified by Unifit. This content is the sole responsibility of the user who created it and should not be considered authoritative, accurate, or endorsed by Unifit. Unifit is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this content, and it is your sole responsibility to exercise discretion and verify any information before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unifit will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on content available through its services or provided by other users.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

The following provisions apply to the Unifit program:

Program Price: The price of the program is displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment Terms: Payment is a one-time upfront payment, required at the time of registration and as a condition of participation in the program.

Definition of a Day: A "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), USA, and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the same calendar day.

Cancellation Within 14 Days: Participants may cancel their registration and request a refund within 14 days from the program start date. A 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid to cover administrative and processing costs, including transaction fees.

Cancellation After 14 Days: After 14 days from the program start date, no refunds will be issued, and the full program fee will be charged.

Account Deletion: For the avoidance of doubt, deleting a profile does not constitute cancellation of participation in the program or a request for a refund. In such cases, participants will be charged the full program fee unless they contact us in writing within the 14-day trial period to request cancellation and a refund.

Requesting a Refund: To cancel and request a refund, participants must submit a written cancellation request to support@getunifit.com.

Price Changes. We reserve the right at any time to change our prices, refund policy, and billing methods, subject to any obligations to provide notice of such changes under applicable law.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

Unifit offers its users a satisfaction guarantee with the option for a partial refund (minus processing fees), subject to full compliance with the program guidelines and the following conditions:

Eligibility Period: To be eligible, the user must complete the full 13-week Hormonal Balancing Phase, which includes:

Watching all educational video content

Applying the nutritional and behavioral principles

Completing the assigned weekly tasks

Refund Eligibility Criteria: A refund will only be granted if the user reports no significant improvement in any of the following areas, despite full documented adherence to the program:

Noticeably increased satiety

Reduced cravings or frequent hunger

Improved control over eating habits

A significant reduction or complete cessation of snacking between meals

Program Compliance Requirements: To qualify for a refund, the user must consistently meet all core program requirements, including:

Adhering to the structured meal format

Following the water intake guidelines

Consuming vegetables in accordance with program principles

Temporarily avoiding foods specified for removal

Maintaining the eating window as defined for each phase

Completing all weekly tasks in full

Watching all program content and documenting water intake and meals in the app

Unifit reserves the right to review app activity data to verify adherence to the above conditions.

Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days following the end of the 13-week program (i.e., between the end of week 13 and the end of week 15), along with a completed “Dissatisfaction Declaration” form. Refunds will only be issued after UNIFIT’s support team verifies the user’s participation and compliance data.

Refunds are only available to users who maintain active participation in the program. Users who cancel or discontinue the program are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Fee: If approved, the refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee to cover operational, administrative, and content access costs.

Future Use Restrictions: The refund policy can only be used once per user. UNIFIT reserves the right to deny future purchases or re-enrollment to users who have previously claimed a refund under this policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, Platform, and Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and any other materials, is the exclusive property of Unifit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site, Platform, or Services without prior written consent from Unifit. Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

The content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Site, Platform, and Services and to refrain from any action that infringes upon these rights.

Limitation of Liability

Unifit is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to any loss of data or personal injury resulting from your reliance on the Platform’s content.

Data Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data collection, use, and storage practices comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any of the following: (a) Your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of our policies; (d) your violation of any rights of another party and (e) your violation of any applicable law. You understand that the provisions in this section will survive any termination of your account, as well as any changes in our policies or Service.

Termination

Unifit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
