Respectful Communication: Messages must be polite and professional, abusive or offensive messages will not be addressed.
Relevant Content: Keep inquiries related to the program and its objectives.
Privacy: Participant information is handled confidentially; avoid sharing sensitive details about others.
Compliance: Unifit reserves the right to suspend or revoke support chat access for participants who violate these guidelines.
Participants using the private support chat understand that the responses provided by the coach are for guidance and support purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Unifit bears no responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the guidance provided in the support chat.
We kindly ask all participants to adhere to the guidelines and exhibit patience in cases of delayed responses. Together, we can ensure a high-quality and efficient service experience for all users.
The Service must not be used to create machine learning models or related technologies. Content provided by the Service may be inaccurate or not align with Unifit's views. Simply put, do not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else.

Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community Guidelines), and provided you have an active account and membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the features and functionality of the Service included in your membership (including any add-ons you purchase) during your membership term.
The results of using the Unifit program may vary based on individual factors. Users are strongly advised to consult a healthcare provider before starting any diet or fitness program. Use of the program is at your own risk.

Unifit offers a three (3) day free trial to new users. The free trial begins at the exact time of registration and ends seventy-two (72) hours later on a rolling basis. A valid credit card is required at the time of registration.
If you do not cancel your subscription through your personal account area before the end of the 72-hour trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable quarterly subscription fee displayed on the website at the time of registration. This payment is charged in advance and provides access to the Service for the upcoming three-month term.
Your subscription will automatically renew every three (3) months at the then-current applicable rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Although pricing may be displayed on a monthly basis, billing is performed on a quarterly basis only.
By enrolling in the free trial and providing your payment details, you expressly authorize Unifit to automatically charge your payment method for the applicable quarterly subscription fee displayed at checkout at the end of the 72-hour trial period, and every three (3) months thereafter on a recurring basis, unless you cancel prior to the applicable renewal date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once the initial quarterly charge has been processed following the expiration of the 72-hour free trial period, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel during a paid subscription period, cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid subscription term.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account area on the website. Cancellation must be completed prior to the date and time of the scheduled renewal charge to avoid the next renewal charge. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Unifit reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only to future renewal periods and will not affect the current paid subscription term.
Subscription pricing is determined at the time of registration and is displayed on the website prior to checkout. Although pricing may be presented on a monthly basis for informational purposes, billing is performed on a quarterly basis only, and the total quarterly amount will be clearly displayed prior to payment authorization.
Subscription payment obligations incurred prior to cancellation or termination will survive termination of your account. Cancellation or termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay charges already incurred, including payment for the current subscription period, nor does it entitle you to any refund for unused time.
All content on the Site, Platform, and Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and any other materials, is the exclusive property of Unifit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site, Platform, or Services without prior written consent from Unifit. Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.
The content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Site, Platform, and Services and to refrain from any action that infringes upon these rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unifit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifit's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Unifit during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data collection, use, and storage practices comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Unifit harmless, including from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or our policies; (d) your violation of any rights of another party; or (e) your violation of any applicable law. You understand and agree that the provisions of this section shall survive termination of your account and any changes to these Terms or the Service.
The Unifit mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Unifit ("Unifit", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Unifit's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Unifit through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Unifit. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18444936509 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Unifit mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Unifit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
If Unifit terminates your account due to violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period.
These Terms and any action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, or the use of the Services (collectively, the “Disputes”), shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such proceeding and waive any objection you may have regarding venue, forum non conveniens, or lack of personal jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Unifit each waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. All claims and disputes shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and shall not be brought or maintained as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
